As a Design Assistant at our company located in Noida sec-62, UP, your primary responsibility will be assisting in the planning, drafting, and supervision of hospitality projects such as hotels, malls, and hospitals. You will work closely with the Senior Design Engineer to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your key tasks will include creating space allocation drawings, MEP services provision drawings, and conducting site audits. Proficiency in Autocad and SketchUp is essential for producing furnishing facility planning drawings and conducting site audits effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for checking and rectifying BOQ, shop drawings, and preparing Quote Comparative sheets and MEP Fact sheets. To excel in this role, you should have a graduate or diploma qualification with good Autocad/SketchUp skills. A basic science background, proficiency in MS Office, and basic internet knowledge are also required. Experience is preferred but freshers are also welcome to apply. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of total work experience, with specific experience in design being an added advantage. A diploma in a relevant field is preferred.
