Job Description

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop new products.
Evaluate existing designs for improvement and optimization.
Develop and implement test plans and procedures for design validation.
Analyze data and results to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers.
Participate in design reviews and contribute to the development of design documentation.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of analog circuit design principles and techniques.
Experience with design tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech degree.
