HANDELED PROJECT LIKE RESIDENTIAL BUILDINGS,BUNGALOWS, COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS, HOSPITAL. INSTITUTIONAL BUIDING, FACTORIES ETC.

1. HVAC Draughtsman (Design) and Engineer- MINIMUM 3 TO 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE Job Description:

• Create detailed technical HVAC drawings and plans using CAD software (including VRV, VRF, DX, AHU, and Chiller systems).
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required.
• Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects.
• Develop sections and elevation drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in developing design specifications and preparing documentation such as heat load calculations, Design Basis Report, BOQ, and estimates.
• Coordinate with other drafters and designers to maintain consistency across project deliverables.

Education:

B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

2. HVAC Draughtsman (Design)

Experience: 2 – 3 Years

• Drafting HVAC drawings and plans using CAD software (including VRV, VRF, DX, AHU, and Chiller systems).

• Draughting schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects.

• Create detailed technical Plumbing & Firefighting drawings and plans using CAD software (Internal & External Design)- .
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements.
• Translate concepts and ideas into accurate 2D drawings where required.
• Prepare schematics, layouts, and diagrams for projects.
• Develop sections and elevation drawings.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members.
• Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant industry standards and regulations.

PLUMBING & FIREFIGHTING DESIGN ENGINEER- MINIMUM 3 TO 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DESIGNING & DRAUGHTING ALL PLUMBING AND FIREFIGHTING SYSTEM DRAWINGS/ LAYOUTS LIKE ALL INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LAYOUT, STP, SEPTIC TANK, RAIN WATER HARVESTING, SOLAR SYSTEM, SCHEMATIC DESIGNING, PREPARING DESIGN BAIS REPORT, TENDER LIKE BILL OF QUANTITIES, ESTIMATE, SPEICIFICATION AND ALL PLUMBING AND FIREFIGHTING CALCULATIONS, PIPING SIZING ETC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
