Design Engineer - Surface coating

• Design and develop surface coating solutions (e.g., paint, powder coating, PVD, anodizing, etc.) for metal, plastic, or composite components.
• Evaluate and select suitable coating materials and processes based on application, environment, and regulatory requirements.
• Create detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings and specifications incorporating surface treatment requirements.
• Collaborate with product design teams to ensure coatings are integrated effectively into overall designs.
• Define process parameters and work with manufacturing to implement and optimize coating applications.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate coating performance (adhesion, corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, etc.).
• Interface with suppliers and internal stakeholders for coating application development and troubleshooting.
• Monitor industry trends and new technologies in surface engineering and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
