Job Title: CAD Design Engineer – Solid Edge (1 Year Experience)

Location: Ambernath

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Solid Edge

Industry: Mechanical / Manufacturing / Engineering

Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and modify 3D models and 2D drawings using Solid Edge software.
• Interpret and understand technical drawings, client specifications, and manufacturing standards.
• Work on design projects involving sheet metal, part modeling, assemblies, and BOM generation.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Maintain proper version control and documentation of design files.
• Assist in prototyping, testing, and making revisions based on feedback.
• Apply GD&T and ensure dimensioning and tolerancing are as per standards.
• Participate in design review meetings and suggest improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Solid Edge CAD software.
• Knowledge of mechanical design concepts, manufacturing processes, and materials.
• Experience in 2D drafting, 3D modeling, and assembly design.
• Understanding of sheet metal design and weldments is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
