Looking for SR. DRAUGHTSMAN position in one of the plastic and chemicals company at POR GIDC, Baroda. Roles & Responsibilities :§ Hands on experience on detailing of equipment\\\\\\\\'s such as static pressure vessel, storage tanks, scrubber columns, inteals, pipe, pipe fittings etc.§ Preparation of material requisition for all equipment.§ Checking of drawings with respect to applicable MDS, standards / codes etc.§ Attending meetings with clients and vendors.§ Knowledge of engineering principles and ability to create and read technical drawings.§ Responsible for preparation and approval of project related standards and ensure that engineering activities on assigned projects are executed within budgeted man-hours and approved schedules in compliance with project procedures, standards and specifications and in accordance with organization procedures.§ Problem solving, creativity and innovation in order to come up with solutions to design problems.§ Ensure all work to be carried out with a positive attitude towards safety, both in design and in the office environment.§ Keep up to date with latest industry practices, standards and product development.§ Maintain Engineering documents in soft copy & hard copy.
