ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Supplier invoice entry in ERP- AP/Inventory - Knowledge of GST and TDS compliances - Follow up with suppliers for pending paperwork and periodic supplier reconciliation - Employee reimbursement data entries -Other duties as assigned by management TECHNICAL/FUNCTION SPECIFIC - Well versed in MS Office, experience of working on ERP - Good knowledge of commercials terms - Highly motivated and innovative - Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively - Experience in manufacturing unit is preferred - Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, good teamwork skills - Ability to work cross functionally internally, externally, and internationally. BEHAVIORAL - Willingness and ability to follow all procedures and company policies - Positive attitude and ability to work well with others, including peers, supervisors, management and outside vendors, representatives and visitors when called upon Physical requirements - Sufficient manual dexterity to successfully use a computer - Ability to sit for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per day, though possibly more - Sometimes required to stand and/or walk, up to 1 hour per day, and make occasional trips from the office area to the manufacturing area - Ability to wear all required personal protective equipment when in the manufacturing area, including, but not limited to, safety glasses and safety shoes
