Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop 2D drawings in AutoCAD and 3D models in SolidWorks for new and existing stainless steel products. - Create detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings to support in-house production. - Collaborate with R&D and production teams to verify product feasibility and optimize designs. - Enhance existing designs to improve performance, aesthetics, or cost-efficiency. - Perform basic structural, stress, and thermal analysis on product designs when necessary. - Participate in prototyping and testing of new product designs. - Maintain accurate documentation and design records for all projects. - Ensure all designs meet company standards, manufacturing capabilities, and industry regulations. - Optimize product designs for automatic production processes like deep drawing, spinning, welding, etc. - Coordinate with tool/die makers to fulfill mold and tooling requirements.
