Description
Job Purpose: To design, analyze, and prepare engineering drawings and calculations for Pre-Engineered Building structures as per client requirements, industry standards, and project specifications. Key Responsibilities: · Analyze architectural and structural drawings and prepare structural design using relevant PEB software (STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc.). · Design steel structures including columns, rafters, purlins, girts, bracings, Crain, Girder, and connections based on load data and codes. · Prepare detailed fabrication and erection drawings, bill of materials (BOM), and structural calculations. · Coordinate with project managers, sales teams, and clients for design feasibility and modifications. · Optimize structural design for cost-effectiveness, weight reduction, and structural integrity. · Provide technical support during project execution and resolve design-related site issues. · Review and approve shop drawings and subcontractor designs as needed. · Maintain design documentation and records as per company standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: · Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering · Experience: 2–5 years (or more) in PEB design or structural steel industry · Software Proficiency: STAAD Pro, AutoCAD, etc. · Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles and steel structures · Good understanding of international and Indian design codes · Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred Attributes: · Prior experience in handling industrial/commercial PEB projects · Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines · Team player with a proactive approach to work Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Required) Experience: PEB design or structural steel industry: 2 years (Required) Location: Dindori, Maharashtra (Required) Work Location: In person
