Key Responsibilities Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment, motors, and distribution panels to identify potential issues and ensure continuous, safe operation. Panel & Equipment Repair: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control panels, including all wiring, components, and circuitry, to fix faults and breakdowns. 3-Phase Systems: Conduct comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on all three-phase electrical systems and machinery (up to 440V) to resolve power-related issues. Troubleshooting: Use multimeters and other testing instruments to pinpoint the root cause of electrical faults, short circuits, and equipment malfunctions. Safety & Compliance: Adhere strictly to all electrical codes and safety protocols during all repair and maintenance activities. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all repairs performed, parts used, and maintenance checks completed. Collaboration: Work effectively with the team and production staff to respond to breakdowns and restore functionality quickly.
