Job Description

Position:- Design Engineer

Location:- Gurugram (Haryana)

Experience:- 5-6 years

Immediate Joining or ( within 1 month )

Key Responsibilities

Create 3D surface models of automotive/plastic components using CATIA.
Perform A surface verification to ensure accuracy, smoothness, and design intent.
Apply basic knowledge of injection, blow, other types molding technique in component design.
Propose and implement solutions/corrective actions in design to minimize the manufacturing & assembly defects.
Collaborate with tooling, manufacturing, and quality teams for DFM/DFA improvements.
Maintain design documentation and ensure adherence to project timelines and standards.
Proficiency in CATIA (Surface Modelling, Assembly, Part Design, Drafting modules).
Good knowledge of A-class & B-surface generation techniques.
Good understanding of injection molding processes and tooling basics.
Awareness of molding defects and curing techniques.

Qualifications:

Diploma or B. Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
