Job Description

Role & responsibilities Work on design concept development Preparing part/assembly model, component and assembly drawings. Work out design calculations for project Preparing BOM and releasing drawings for project/order Plan design work as per project schedule Support for manufacturing/ assembly for given project. Maintaining project documents as per ISO requirements Preferred candidate profile B.E.(Mech.) with 5-10 years of experience. Hands on experience of working on designing similar machines. Products / in similar industry i.e. Machine Manufacturing (SPM, Press Machines, Tube Bending Machine) Proficient with 3d software Auto-cad, Creo,(Hands on experiance in Creo will be an advantage). Good logical and analytical skills. Technical Competencies 1. Modelling/ drafting / assembly of mechanical parts, GD&T. 2. Knowledge of basic mechanical elements 3. Elementary design calculations 4. Concept layout development 5. Basic knowledge of materials , manufacturing process Behavioral Competencies 1. Good team player 2. High sense of ownership 3. Ability to explain and express confidently 4. Strong desire to complete the project/task on time. 5. Enthusiasm to take up new/challenging tasks
