Job Description

About Kaptronics Pvt. Ltd. (KPL)

KPL, was established in 1978 and managed by current directors since 2000. We specialize in manufacturing electrolytic capacitors used in locomotives, inverters, and welding machines. As locomotive technology evolved, the company diversified into diesel locomotives and electric locomotives, developing products for up to 9000 hp. In 2015, KPL set up an electro-magnetic division to design AC/DC motors, permanent magnet alternators, and motors for the EV sector. They also manufacture panels, critical cooling units, and accessories for locomotives, coaches, and EMUs. KPL aims to meet the growing demand for motors, drives, and control systems in the railway and EV sectors. We are also working to develop indigenous embedded solutions for railways.

Were Hiring — But Not for Everyone.

At Kaptronics Pvt Ltd, we're not another startup chasing trends or funding hype.

We’re a core engineering company — building the machines, systems, and hardware that industries run on.

If you're looking for perks, bean bags, or work-from-home comfort this isn’t for you.

But if you're driven to build real things that last — not just chase a paycheck — keep reading.

What Sets Us Apart:

6-day work week — Because a nation doesn’t move forward in 5.

We don’t do work-from-home.

We’re old-fashioned that way. We don’t know how to build relationships through webcams, mics, and speakers. We spend 1/3 of our life at work — and we believe that something meaningful can only be built with a team that works, sweats, argues, and grows together — not through Teams and Google Meet.

Just like you can’t build a cricket team over video calls.

Respect is earned, not given by title.

What you contribute matters more than what you’re called.

Fair pay. Zero fluff.

Rewards follow results, not office politics or complaints.

Doers > Talkers.

Your skill, honesty, and resilience count more than your English accent.

Growth happens outside comfort zones.

We don’t promise that it is going to be easy. We promise that it is going to be worth it.

We’re building India’s foundation — not the next hype cycle.

Stability over show and Real work over vanity metrics.

If this sounds like work you’d be proud to do, we’d like to hear from you.
