Design Engineer I - Diagnostics

As a Design Engineer I at Walter P Moore's Diagnostics Group in Pune, India, you will be involved in restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics related projects for various commercial structures such as arenas, stadiums, convention centers, office and industrial facilities, condominiums, hospital complexes, and parking garages. Your role will encompass a focus on water infiltration, building envelope issues, and forensic engineering work. Your responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with a team of engineers to work on projects related to restoration, rehabilitation, renovation, and forensics - Engaging in the design and analysis of structures and complexes - Conducting forensic investigations and evaluations - Utilizing structural engineering software such as SAP, ETABS, RAM Concept, and Safe - Applying knowledge of ACI/ASCE/AISC codes, with US project experience being a plus - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) - Familiarity with Computer Aided Drafting/Design software like AUTOCAD and REVIT - Demonstrating strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills - Managing multiple tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines Qualifications required for this role are: - Minimum ME / M Tech / MS in Structural Engineering - 0 to 3 years of relevant experience with demonstrated growth - Proficiency in structural engineering software and codes - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CAD software - Strong technical and communication skills,
