Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to design and bespoke solution to data center End Clients, Consultants, Contractors. Lead back-office activities including identify cost optimization & developing most appropriate technical solutions with existing & new customers in Hyperscale/Colocation segment of Data Centre Application.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing technical solutions in line with client's requirements
Assisting the sales team with design and engineering works, including technical compliance.
Producing technical documentation based on the tender requirements
Leading & being pro-active in consulting in technical discussions
Working closely with internal & external stakeholders to create a customer-specific solution
Track multiple project task schedules and proactively identifies technical challenges
Preparing and maintaining up to date file, records and reports on status, progress of the projects.

Preferred candidate profile

Sound educational background required; Engineering Degree or Diploma
Minimum 7-8 years of experience in AHUs, CRAH, CRAC product application or design engineering experience handling hyperscale/colocation cooling solutions will be plus
Proficient usage of AutoCAD, Solid Works in product design and CFD will be a plus
Relevant working experience in HVAC will be an advantage
Good Knowledge and technical know-hows of Data Centre design
Reasonable IT skills with competence in the use of MS office software
Flexible approach and strong team working capabilities, prepared to support colleagues in the achievement of Company's priorities and objectives
Able to work independently and a team-player as well
Able to travel if required
