Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1.

Concept design: Product conceptualization, Benchmarking, costing, Risk Management
3D Modelling, design analysis, drawing preparation.
Implement lean and reliable design and stable processes.

2.

Identification and technical evaluation of the right suppliers
Cost optimization and finalization of the suppliers

3.

Design prototype setup, assembly processes, testing plan.
Rigorous testing for safety, endurance and reliability of the product along with documentation

Standardization

Product range identification and design analysis
Drawing preparation along with selection matrix
Documentation such as manuals for product and process

Organizational Imperatives

Actively participating and originating Kaizens
Actively involving in Business Excellence initiatives
Adhere to Compliance and Safe Working Environment

Preferred candidate profile:

Proficiency in Inventor/AutoCAD
Proficiency in MS office tools
Basic Knowledge of structural Analysis
Communication and presentation skill, Conceptualization skills, Collaboration
