Job Description for - Design Engineer.
Location: Bengaluru
Reporting: Manager Engineering Air Treatment Employment Type:
Job Summary: • Responsible for the product design & development Air Treatment product portfolio, including various types of compressed air dryers and chillers.
• Create the system 3D Modeling concept, Parts/ Sub system, optimize the layout of refrigeration system and collaborate with plant engineering for approval.
• Design the new/Improved sheet metal cabinets, Piping, vessel, and Optimize part level/system level to make it compact and understand the clear understanding of the ease of manufacturability.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure engineering deliverables meet business objectives.
• Candidate meets the First pass yield and on time delivery for assigned design work.
• Lead the design work with platform Startegy and make release plan with full ownership.
• Organize the BOM/ Option items/ part communication strategy to make the best design solution.
