Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer with 1 to 5 years of experience specializing in

Copper Network and Roadmove network design within the Telecom OSP domain. The ideal

candidate should have hands-on experience with telecom design software such as PTGUI, LEIS,

QMS, ArcGIS, and other tools used in AT&T projects.

As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for producing accurate and standard-compliant

network designs, ensuring quality checks are met, and delivering outputs within deadlines. The

role requires strong planning capabilities and the ability to adapt designs based on varying field

scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality network prints using ARAMIS and related telecom design software.
• Interpret CAPR/ACR reports and understand telecom terminologies to inform design

work.

• Utilize portals such as PTGUI, QMS, and LEIS for data extraction and analysis.
• Ensure all designs meet established deadlines and quality standards.
• Adapt to changing project needs and demonstrate eagerness to learn and improve

continuously.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech/BE) or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in Telecom OSP Engineering, with emphasis on Copper and

Roadmove network.

Key Skills:

• Practical experience as a Copper Designer/Drafter, preferably on AT&T projects.
• Proficiency with ARAMIS, Waldo, PTGUI, QMS, LEIS, and similar tools.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Alignment with corporate values and understanding of company vision.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts as required.
