Power layout/ Lighting layout 2. Emergency lighting layout 3. Fire detection & Alarm layout 4. Voice/ data layout 5. Earthing & lighting protection layout 6. Power, Fire alarm, Emergency lighting, ELV schematics 7. Electrical As-built drawings 8. Well versed with drawing symbol and standards. 9. Overall cable routing layout 10. AutoCAD 11. Basic knowledge of preliminary design, basic designs & detailing of services. Job Description - Senior Plumbing & Firefighting Draughtsman - Vacant Position - 01 Senior Draughtsman AutoCAD MEP (Plumbing & Firefighting) Design and preparation of Plumbing services drawings for Hotel/ Hospital/ Commercial/ Residential/ Industrial Buildings for the following works. Plumbing System 1. Toilet detail layout 2. Water supply, Drainage 3. Water supply schematic diagram 4. Drainage schematic diagram 5. WTP, STP, ETP & RO system diagram 6. Plant room layout 7. Tank puddle flange details 8. External (Storm & sewage services) Fire Protection System 1. Floor layout (Sprinkler, Hydrant, Fire extinguisher) 2. Internal hydrant & external hydrant system 3. Fire schematic diagram 4. Fire submission drawing prepare 5. Plant room details working or piping layout 6. Puddle flange layout 7. Coordination of MEP Services (FPS, PHE, Electrical & HVAC) Working Conditions: 1. Primarily office-based, with occasional site visits and inspections 2.
