Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with hands-on experience in Sheet Metal Design and Conveyor Line systems. The ideal candidate must have solid working knowledge of Siemens NX (Unigraphics) and a proven ability to create manufacturing-ready 3D models and 2D drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop conveyor systems, sheet metal components, enclosures, and structures.
• Create 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using NX (Unigraphics).
• Apply GD&T, DFM/DFA principles to optimize designs for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, and project engineering.
• Prepare BOMs (Bill of Materials), technical documentation, and ensure design accuracy.
• Work on design modifications based on customer feedback and site requirements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
• Participate in design reviews, value engineering, and process improvements.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in NX
• Sound knowledge of sheet metal design, weldments, and fabrication
• Experience in material handling systems / conveyor line design
• Knowledge of mechanical standards, GD&T, tolerancing
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and team collaboration skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
