Job Description

Provide technical support and hands-on training for Autodesk products such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Revit.
Assist customers with installation, setup, and configuration of Autodesk software suites.
Support clients in optimizing their design workflows and BIM processes using Autodesk tools.
Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to customer needs.
Customize Autodesk solutions through scripting or plugin integration based on client-specific requirements.
Deliver post-sales support, ensuring client satisfaction and effective software usage.
Keep up to date with the latest Autodesk updates, features, and best practices within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) domain.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
