B.E , Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Communications DEE , Electrical & Electronics

EXPERIENCE

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Understanding of Electrical schematic

2. Knowledge on PCB design is added advantage

3. Preparation of schematic 4. Identification of components, find out equivalent items 5. Knowledge on test cases / test procedure development 6. RFQ Support

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Thorough study of the Purchase order to understand the customer terms and conditions, testing and delivery requirements.

• Study of product specifications, schematics and QA requirements
• Design of electromechanical products by studying customer specifications and requirements.

• Develops Mfg assay process and ensure following of documents during execution.

• Assures product quality by developing test methods and assy process
• Prepares product reports

• Team building

• Customer interaction to ensure better product design
• Involved in critical product testing
• Identifying electronic components to ensure compliance with applicable standards
• Finding equivalent electronic parts for better costing without compromising in performance of the product
• Develops project architecture for successful execution • Knowledge in trouble shooting and propose better solutions
• Responsible for managing the tender generally in response to RFP/RFQ RFI from customers, but also as proactive pursuits for business.
• • Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings with technical team to ensure its completeness including proposal preparation and approvals in accordance with company standers to confirm the feasibility.
• • Ensure the smooth running of the tender for a project within the correct time and financial parameters and manage the relationship with the client
