Design Director

As a Design Director at Landor's Global Design Studio, you will provide creative leadership by overseeing design teams and projects. Your role will involve guiding and directing to ensure the best strategy and design for clients. Collaborating with Creative Directors and fellow Design Directors, you will establish the future creative vision. You will be responsible for maintaining the quality and appropriateness of solutions from the initial creative briefing through to client presentations, design implementation, and production accuracy. Leading creative critiques, drawing out creative ideas aligned with design/brand strategy, and providing ongoing direction to the design team will be key aspects of your role. You will also be involved in selecting and refining the final creative solutions. To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role within a branding/design agency, leading cross-discipline teams. Your ability to demonstrate creative impact and manage project delivery end-to-end will be crucial. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Acrobat) is a must.
