Design Director - Corporate

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute strategic brand design solutions that align with the client’s corporate vision and business objectives
• Ensure creative work consistently meets high-quality standards, aligns with brand guidelines, and resonates well with the target audiences
• Present ideas and design concepts effectively to both internal and external teams, building trust and credibility through thoughtful storytelling
• Mentor and guide designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

What you’ll need

• Brand design experience, ideally in a corporate, agency, or consultancy environment
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into design solutions
• Someone who demonstrates a strong digital-first mindset, with proven experience leading digital transformation or innovation projects that leverage emerging technologies.
• Someone who possesses up-to-date knowledge of AI tools and software, enabling effective guidance and strategic direction for teams, even without being a deep technical expert.
