What you ll do:

  • Define Shape Vision

    - Articulate and champion a bold creative vision rooted in strategic brand building. Shape the brand narrative across the digital experience, and guide the team from concept to pixel-perfect execution across all digital touchpoints - with uncompromising detail and sophistication.
  • Bridge Brand Digital

    - Fuse deep understanding of brand architecture and identity systems with their dynamic expression in digital interfaces. Translate brand narratives and user needs into intuitive, engaging, commercially effective UI/UX solutions that are both on-brand and experience-led.
  • Inspire Creative Excellence

    - Lead, mentor, and elevate multidisciplinary design teams (brand, UI, motion). Foster a culture of ambition and originality, consistently delivering work that sets new industry standards for brand impact and digital innovation.
  • Strategic Client Partnership

    - Build strong, trusted client relationships. Communicate complex design concepts with clarity and conviction. Lead presentations, workshops, and conversations that secure alignment and buy-in for transformative brand and digital initiatives.
  • Architect Digital Systems

    - Create robust design systems and brand guidelines that ensure coherence, adaptability, and future-proof flexibility across digital ecosystems. Ensure every component reflects the core identity while maintaining both visual and functional integrity.
  • Future-Proofing Team Development

    - Push the team into new creative and technological territories. Bring emerging tools, methods, and digital paradigms into the work to continually elevate brand identity. Mentor designers, nurture curiosity and experimentation, and shape a learning culture ready for the next wave of brand evolution.

What you ll need:

  • Strategic Comprehensive Brand-to-Digital Expertise:

    Possessing multipe years leading creative teams within top-tier branding agencies, design consultancies, or in-house studios, demonstrated through a portfolio that narrates a compelling story of impact, innovation, and mastery across comprehensive brand building, identity systems, exceptional design craft, and advanced digital UI/UX. This includes deep expertise in brand strategy, visual identity creation, holistic identity systems, and brand guidelines, seamlessly applied across web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms, showcasing the ability to shape brands from strategic concept to final digital delivery.
  • Influential Leadership User-Centric Communication:

    Proven leadership and creative influence, with a history of building, mentoring, and inspiring high-performing teams across both brand and digital disciplines. This is complemented by exceptional communication, presentation, and client engagement skills, enabling the articulation of complex ideas, expression of designs strategic value, and persuasion of senior stakeholders. A profound understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability best practices, all viewed through a strong brand lens, underpins this leadership.
  • Technological Acumen Future-Forward Mindset:

    Fluency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping software, coupled with a commitment to staying at the forefront of technological and design innovation. Candidates should hold a Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master s preferred) and possess a restless curiosity, an appetite for experimentation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, which profoundly impacts both team and client thinking, driven by a belief in the power of brand to shape the future.
