What you ll do As a QA Analyst at Landor, you will be a key contributor to our branding team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital projects. Youll work alongside developers, designers, project managers, strategists, and other creatives, bringing your QA expertise to a diverse and collaborative environment. Youll be responsible for implementing and executing rigorous digital QA principles, identifying and resolving defects, and advocating for best practices across the department. This role offers the opportunity to break out of the constraints of a traditional technology team and contribute to innovative and impactful design solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into user stories and comprehensive test plansExecute functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing across various browsers and devicesInvestigate potential defects and work closely with developers, designers, and account managers to implement effective solutionsDocument, track, and manage defects using Jira or similar tools while reproducing issues reported by clients and internal teamsMaintain a traceability matrix to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and provide clear reports on testing progress and product qualityContribute to continuous improvement by identifying and recommending process enhancements within the QA workflowFoster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advocate for best practices in digital QATake ownership of your role, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail What you ll need Strong technical sense, analytical skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction and qualityAbility to multi-task and prioritize effectively, with meticulous attention to detailSolid knowledge of web technologies, browser/OS combinations, and device differentiationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamworkA degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferredExperience with cross-browser/device web application testingExperience with using an online defect tracking tools like JiraExperience in manual software testing. Good communication skills, able to explain technical intricacies around 365 apps/PPT/Word/Excel template deliverables across operating systems and platforms. What you ll need Build templates in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Troubleshoot and explore solutions related to 365 applications, mainly PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Familiarity with macros/VBA for template building and productivity. Quality assurance provide quality and accessibility check PowerPoint, Word, and Excel deliverables as briefed to a high standard. The ideal candidate will explore and conceptualise design solutions. Lead, develop and take a design strategy to deliver the best possible creative solutions. What you ll do: As part of our creative team, support Design Directors and fellow Designers to come up with innovative creative solutions that support project goals.Conduct conceptual exploration, coming up with alternative design solutions to ensure no stone is left unturned. Evaluate design options, develop and push to find big ideas based on design strategy and creative brief.Evaluate and develop competitive and breakthrough design strategies and plans.Partner and interact with internal teams and clients to showcase your passion for creative excellence, branding, packaging, and visual communication. What you ll need: Previous experience in a similar role within a brand/design agency.Outstanding Adobe Creative Suite skills, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.An impressive branding and packaging portfolio, demonstrating recent work with a track record of creative idea generation, strategy and development.
