In-House Design Coordinator (High-Rise Residential Projects)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive In-House Design Coordinator to manage the design process for our high-rise residential projects. This role will ensure seamless communication between internal teams (civil, MEP, site execution) and ensure that design elements meet project specifications, timelines, and quality standards for tall buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate design tasks and ensure alignment between internal teams (civil, MEP, site teams) for high-rise residential projects.
• Manage design documents, drawings, and revisions, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate internal communication and resolve design-related issues between departments, ensuring smooth execution.
• Track and monitor design progress to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
• Organize and maintain records of design communication, including meeting minutes, decisions, and action points.
• Review internal design drawings for conflicts between different disciplines (e.g., MEP, civil, structural) and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in managing the quality control of design drawings and documentation.
• Support internal teams and contractors in resolving design issues or on-site challenges during construction.
• Ensure that high-rise residential designs meet compliance standards, regulations, and safety requirements, especially for tall building codes.

Eligibility & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
• 2-8 years of relevant experience (internship in high-rise residential design coordination preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of high-rise residential design principles, including MEP, structural, and civil considerations.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-complexity environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
