Design Coordination Head (Architecture)

Job Description: As a Lead Architectural Designer, your role involves overseeing and coordinating architectural design activities to ensure project execution and design accuracy. Your responsibilities include: - Managing and coordinating all design drawings, revisions, and approvals. - Monitoring design progress and ensuring alignment with project timelines. - Coordinating with architects, structural, MEP consultants, and site team. - Reviewing drawings, BOQs, and technical details for accuracy. - Supporting value engineering, design conflict resolution, and design feasibility. - Maintaining project documentation and design control. To qualify for this role, you should have a B.Arch / M.Arch degree with at least 8 years of experience in architectural design and coordination. Additionally, you should possess strong knowledge of construction drawings, detailing, and building codes, along with excellent project coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
