Design and Development of Brake system

Role Overview: You will be responsible for Brake spec calculation and finalization, part design including Booster TMC, Caliper Assy, Disc, Rear Brake, Drum, Parking Lever & cable, Drum & Disc EPB, Wheel Speed Sensor harness, EPB Harness, Brackets, Hybrid and Electric vehicle parts. Additionally, you will be involved in lay-outing, part checking, and holding technical discussions with component suppliers. Your role will also involve facilitating component development and evaluation within scheduled timelines for projects such as new model design, model face-lift, improvement activities, and design projects. Key Responsibilities: - Calculate and finalize Brake spec - Design various parts related to Brake system - Lay-outing and packaging of Brake system - Conduct technical discussions with component suppliers - Facilitate component development and evaluation - Work on CAD tool like UG - Work hands-on with Brake system parts - Understand and explain technical specifications to suppliers - Ensure smooth development of project/process Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in spec finalization and lay-outing/packaging of Brake system - Awareness about brake system related vehicle homologation requirements - Proficiency in working with CAD tool like UG - Strong understanding of Brake system parts and technical specifications - Ability to facilitate smooth development of projects/processes Additional Company Details: No additional details provided in the job description.,
