Deputy/Manager Field Service

As a Service Engineer at our company, your role will involve visiting sites to provide services for KSB India and KSB group products. This includes new installations, start-up, trouble shooting, overhauling/revision, breakdowns, modifications, and more. Your responsibilities will include collecting application and operation-related data to understand criticalities and possible problems, as well as supporting in preparing different offers as per site requirements, including offers for modification. Additionally, you will be identifying the service needs of customers to promote our service business. Key Responsibilities: - Gather application and operation-related data and various salvaging techniques used by our customers. - Present the collected information on claims/complaints to after sales for work solutions and implement these solutions. - Provide technical back-office support to Field Engineers. - Prepare case studies for presentation during training sessions. - Undertake any other assignments as directed by superiors from time to time. Qualifications Required: - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. - Proven experience in servicing industrial products. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to travel to various sites as needed.,
