Deputy/Manager Field Service

You will be responsible for visiting sites to provide service for KSB India and KSB group products, which may include new installations, start-ups, troubleshooting, overhauling/revision, breakdowns, modifications, and more. During these visits, you will collect application and operation-related data to understand critical issues and potential problems. Additionally, you will assist in preparing different offers tailored to site requirements, including modifications. Your role will involve identifying the service requirements of customers and promoting the service business. You will gather information on application and operation-related data, as well as various salvaging techniques used by customers. This information will be presented to the after-sales team to work on solutions for claims and complaints, which will then be implemented. You will also provide technical back-office support to field engineers. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing case studies for presentations during training sessions. You may also be assigned other tasks as directed by your superiors.,
