Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

Drive sales for Secured Business Loans (Micro LAP) within the assigned Warangal territory, ensuring monthly and quarterly business targets are consistently achieved.
Develop and manage a strong sourcing network including DSAs, connectors, and channel partners to generate high-quality leads.
Conduct customer profiling, eligibility assessment, and preliminary credit checks to ensure alignment with lending policies.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless application processing and timely loan disbursement.
Manage and expand relationships with existing customers and partners to improve business penetration and wallet share.
Ensure portfolio quality by sourcing financially sound customers and maintaining strong understanding of local business ecosystems.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and geographic opportunities to support business expansion strategies.
Ensure adherence to all compliance, audit, KYC, and regulatory guidelines during sourcing and onboarding processes.
Mentor and guide field sales executives to enhance productivity and drive consistent lead generation.
Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
