Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Project Manager to oversee our residential high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in Mivan technology, and will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring residential high-rise building projects using Mivan technology.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project objectives are met.
• Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to monitor project status and address any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and correspondence.
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and support to site engineers and other team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically with residential high-rise buildings.
• Hands-on experience with Mivan formwork technology is essential.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and engage with stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making.
