Deputy Project Manager

As a highly experienced and motivated Deputy Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background in infrastructure projects, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Project Manager in the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines, budget, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting the Project Manager in overall project planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout. - Supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications. - Managing day-to-day site operations by efficiently allocating manpower, equipment, and materials. - Ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and safety regulations. - Monitoring project progress and preparing progress reports for internal and client updates. - Establishing effective communication with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in infrastructure/civil projects such as roads, highways, bridges, water supply & drainage systems, underground utilities, and pipeline networks. - Proven experience in site-based roles and managing multidisciplinary teams. - Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and project planning. - Familiarity with international construction standards and safety regulations.
