Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure smooth functioning of hospital operations by coordinating with various departments.
Provide medical care services to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of diseases.
Oversee daily activities of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure efficient patient care.
Develop and implement policies for hospital administration and management.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork among staff members.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in DMS (Deputy Medical Superintendent) role or equivalent position in Hospital Management or Medical Services industry.
MS/MD degree from recognized institution with specialization in any field.
Strong understanding of hospital administration, medical services, and patient care principles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
