Deputy Medical Superintendent

Location: Dadri, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh
Reports to: Hospital Director

Key Requirements

• Education: MBBS, Additional qualification in Hospital Administration (e.g., MHA, MBA Healthcare)
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in hospital administration or clinical leadership roles (e.g., supporting Medical Superintendent)

Responsibilities

• Assist the Medical Superintendent in overseeing daily clinical and administrative operations, including OPD, IPD, emergency, ICU, and diagnostics
• Support implementation of hospital policies, SOPs, and regulatory compliances like NABH and other legal norms
• Conduct ward rounds, monitor patient care quality, and handle medico-legal matters
• Collaborate with clinical and support departments to ensure smooth coordination and efficient operations
• Act as substitute for the Medical Superintendent when required, ensuring continuity in leadership and workflow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
