Role & Responsibilities

  • Talent Management
  • Statutory Compliances as per applicability: Labor Law / Environmental / Social Security/ Employment Laws etc.
  • Meetings & Management Reviews: Plant Hoshin, SIP/SPR / New Joiners Meet / Canteen Committee meetings / Works Committee Meetings / Town Hall Meeting etc.
  • Handling Audits-Internal & External (Govt. & Non Govt.)
  • Participating & coordinating CSR Activities
  • Manpower Management-Onboarding, Induction etc.
  • Coordinating Internal & External Visits.
  • Managing Overall Admin Activities: Canteen Facility, Transport Management, Civil, Horticulture, Security & Housekeeping Management/Pantry.
  • Budget Preparation & Monitoring (Capex & Revenue).
  • Fixed Asset Management.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Need Experienced person for performing the role of Sub Section Head.
  • Overall responsible for Plant HR & GA Related Activities.
  • Strong Knowledge of Statutory Compliances & General Administration.
  • Good Communication
