As a User Experience Specialist, your role will involve a diverse set of responsibilities to ensure an optimal user experience. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting User Experience Assessment and defining User Scenarios to frame problems effectively - Creating Wireframes and Prototypes to visualize user interactions - Facilitating User Boarding processes and conducting Usability testing to improve user satisfaction You will be expected to: - Neutrally represent Users in projects and management discussions - Continuously evaluate user needs and industry trends to guide Product development - Travel to end-user sites for opportunities and testing locations - Develop tools for effective prototyping and aligning with user requirements - Identify design shortfalls and user needs through comprehensive User Research - Propose design and UX enhancements related to functions and features - Deliver on project requirements within set timelines - Devise UI and UX strategies based on target goals - Collaborate with various departments to ensure successful delivery on user needs and enhance user satisfaction - Define solution architecture and present user needs to the Management In terms of competency requirements, you should possess: - Experience in Solution Engineering and effectively communicating complex user issues to development teams - Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative research methods, including AB testing and data analytics - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and interpreting user insights - Skills in crafting GUI mockups, storyboarding, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes - Curiosity for data-driven decision-making and a basic understanding of Design Thinking - Knowledge of automotive systems and experience in the industry for at least 4 years, with 2 years in Automotive OE/Tier-1 being preferred For eligibility, a degree in B.Des. or M.Des. (graphic, interaction, industrial) or B.E. or B.Tech. is required. Your experience should align with the industry standards mentioned above to excel in this role.,
