Deputy Manager/Manager - Connected Mobility Solution DesignOps

As a User Experience Specialist, you will play a crucial role in representing the user's perspective in various projects and management discussions. Your responsibilities will include continuously assessing user needs, staying updated on industry trends, and effectively communicating the feedback to the Product team for development purposes. You will have the opportunity to travel to end-user sites and test locations to identify new opportunities and gather valuable insights. Your role will involve creating innovative tools to develop prototypes that align closely with user requirements and use cases. Through user research, you will pinpoint design gaps and user needs, leading to the formulation of design and user experience proposals related to functions and features. Collaboration with different departments will be essential to leverage their expertise and ensure the successful delivery of user-centric solutions that result in high levels of user satisfaction. You will be expected to define the architecture of solutions within a specific context and present user needs and proposed solutions to the management and leadership teams. To excel in this role, you must have experience in Solution Engineering and be adept at communicating complex user issues and use cases to development teams and product departments. Your familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, agile development methodologies, and data analytics will be crucial. Proficiency in tools such as MS Office and Creative Prototyping tools is required, along with the ability to interpret user insights into actionable engineering opportunities. Your creative skills will be put to the test as you craft GUI mockups, storyboards, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes. A curiosity for data-driven decision-making and a basic understanding of Design Thinking and automotive systems will further enhance your performance in this role. To be eligible for this position, you should hold a degree in B.Des. or M.Des. (graphic, interaction, industrial) or B.E. or B.Tech. A minimum of 4 years of industry experience is required, with at least 2 years in Automotive OE/Tier-1 being preferred.,
