Job Description

Purpose of the role: To Generate Spares business for the company by winning orders with Good Profitable Margins and cash flow positive . To generate and Grow Export spares business of KBL . To supply our products to customer within time and as per customer's requirement with effective communication with customer and well as with our manufacturing plant, vendors, logistic & commercial departments. To ensure smooth Order execution and Creating customer Trust to get more and more recurring business in future . Role & responsibilities To achieve Order-Booking & Sale as per AOP. Proposal / Offer submission to IROs/Direct clients. Mainly support all IROs for all spare parts enquiries for generating business. Support includes Providing Techno-Commercial Offer which includes Order booking/ punching in system Studying the Enquiry in Detail received from IRO/direct customers, Extract BOM/Drawings, obtain costing factory, Product -Pricing and Delivery confirmations. ,Wherever Pump is involved selection-Negotiation and Finalization of Sub-Vendors for seal , motor. For direct customers submit offers directly, interact with them, resolve queries if any, negotiations, acceptance of orders. Co-ordination with Customers, IRO, Dealers, Factory, Design, Purchase, QA, CRED, Planning, Customer Service and Sub-vendors for Winning Orders. Look for opportunities for generating more business by identifying untapped areas, identifying partners etc. On Receipt of Order: Complete Contract Review , Making the order technically and commercially clear , Support in Indent preparation. Handing over order to next team, Resolving queries with client as well as internal departments like engineering, QA etc. Ensuring smooth execution by co-ordination with execution team & related internal departments of factory Co-ordination for further dispatch from port. For direct order, payment realization. Pre-Qualification Activities if any with new customers to come under their Vendor Approved List. Monitoring and Tracking offers and Updating Status, Generating Reports etc. Data generation, documentation for routine offer preparations AOP/MIS preparation Look forward enhancing spares business by contacting customers directly where IROs are not in touch with customers. Once customers are identified complete all activities as mentioned above to win the orders.
