The Team You Will Be a Part Of
The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
This Role In Summary
- The SAP Security professional is responsible for ensuring the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of SAP systems and data by implementing and maintaining security measures.
- They will work closely with various teams such as SAP Basis, IT Security, and Functional teams to design, implement and manage SAP security solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Good knowledge of handling Material Master,Vendor Master,Customer Master,Tax Master,GL & Cost Center Master as per the area of work
- Knowledge in IT & SAP Security for SAP Id creation & Role Management processes
- Must have Knowledge for LSMW & Mass Data uploading.
- Good Cross-Functional knowledge in the areas of SAP FI,CO MM/PP/SD/QM
- Understanding of material costing & material pricing will be added advantage
- Risk Assessment and monitoring Internal control assessment & SOX Audit as per audit calendar
- Focus on key operational controls, accounting and financial reporting controls within the assigned areas and scope for SOX reviews.
- Work with internal auditors in statutory audit & resolving queries on key SOX controls.
- Follow defined standard operating processes and procedures for all MDM & SAP Security works.
- Take ownership of performance against all the assigned related works.
- Accountable for the quality and accuracy
- Be responsible for maintaining the SLA of each period and the delivery performance
- Ensure that all the data are maintained and cleared on time
- Maintain & Change master data in SAP as per business input and SOP
- Participate in idea generation and improvement activities
- Must have Good Communication Skills with business knowledge
- Advanced use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Flexible, organized, multi- task team player
- Analytical, Problem Solving, Excel, Good Communication, able to work within the team
- Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues
- Flexibility for working odd hours
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control, user administration, and segregation of duties.
- Hands-on experience with SAP security tools and technologies, such as SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance)
- Proficiency in SAP security administration tasks, including role design, user provisioning, and security policy enforcement.
- Knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/BI.
- Experience with SAP security audits, risk assessments, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal prowess, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
