Duties And Responsibilities

Х Sourcing good quality customers for salaried personal loans in the location from the open marketХ Cross selling of the insurance products to the Sal PL customersХ Training the PSF and getting the targeted monthly no.Тs from the PSF team and driving PSF productivity as per company plansХ Delivery on the Monthly Target on Salaried PL as well as Insurance cross sellХ Ensuring required conversion on any centralized leads getting passed onХ Coordinating with the Credit and Ops teams to ensure timely Approvals as well as Disbursements

Required Qualifications And Experience

Х Graduates/Post graduates with a minimum of 3 to 4 years of experienceХ Should have managed Channels and DST teams in the past assignmentХ At least 2 years of Salaried loans experience in the overall experience are preferred
