Ensure Sales and marketing activities for the given region for LV and MV Panel business (that
includes LV Switchgear, Panels, Bus Ducts, MCC, PCC, Power Distribution Panels etc.)
2. Managing the existing clients and developing new clients for the better business growth
3. Identify and develop a good business network in the targeted industries.
4. Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their technical
requirements with best possible competitive offer.
5. Negotiation and finalization of the offer.
6. To continually monitor the business progress of the region and accordingly take effective
measures and corrective action.
a. Sound technical knowledge of LV MV Panel business
b. Excellent managerial skill, prioritization and organizing self
c. Excellent communication skill and convincing ability
d. Good interpersonal skills
e. Excellent Client Relationship Management and willingness to travel as per the requirement
f. The candidate should have experience from 5 to 10 years in sales profile in the same industry and product segment.
The salary range for the said position is 6 to 12 lacs fixed CTC. In addition to this, there will be a variable pay.
