Job Description

As an experienced professional in Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for providing sales support and managing accounting tasks for the EV Business in Europe region. Your key responsibilities will include: - Completing order execution of commercial and sample orders for the EV Business in Europe region, with close coordination with the Marketing team, Production planning team, and Exim team. - Raising sales orders in SAP and maintaining various excel reports such as stock sheet and sales MIS. - Following up with stakeholders until the delivery of orders to customers. - Performing sales support activities by closely coordinating with sales managers and the supply chain team in Germany. - Arranging reimport of rejected shipments if required. In terms of accounting, you will be responsible for: - VAT return filing of import shipments in Europe as per the guidelines of the VAT consultant. - Preparing accounts receivables every month for the Europe business and circulating collection reports daily. - Issuing credit notes and debit notes to customers when necessary. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: - Post Graduate preferred, with Graduation in Commerce background. - Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel is a must. - Experience in the same industry is desirable. - Knowledge of Export Import documentation is a must. - Knowledge of Export banking is desirable. With a total of 7+ years of experience in Sales Execution, Sales support, or Sales coordination for the International market, including a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, you are well-equipped to take on this challenging role.,
