Deputy Manager - Rural Consumer Durable
Job Purpose
This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support field through troubleshooting on system.

Ensure governance adherence and meeting the TAT.

Monthly hold clearance.

Process analysis and sharing of best practices with the team.

Coordinate with Sales and ensure mechanisms are in place for processing of files within desired TAT.

Ensure timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.

Liaison with functional teams such as Operations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Support field through troubleshooting on system.

Ensure governance adherence and meeting the TAT.

Process analysis and sharing of best practices with the team.

Coordinate with Sales and ensure mechanisms are in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
