Deputy Manager Risk Management

1. Incident Reporting

• Lead the process of capturing, analyzing, and reporting operational risk incidents across business units.
• Ensure timely escalation and root cause analysis of incidents.
• Maintain and update the incident database and generate periodic reports for senior management.

2. Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA)

• Facilitate RCSA workshops with business units to identify key risks and controls.
• Review and challenge risk assessments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor action plans and control effectiveness.

3. Adhoc Risk Reviews

• Conduct targeted risk reviews in response to emerging risks, regulatory changes, or management requests.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Prepare detailed risk review reports with actionable insights.

4. Risk Culture Building

• Promote a strong risk-aware culture across the organization through training, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder engagement.
• Support the development of risk communication materials and conduct risk induction sessions for new employees.
• Act as a risk ambassador to embed risk thinking in day-to-day operations.
