Deputy Manager-Quality Assurance - Vendor Management & Risk assessment

We are currently looking for a Deputy Manager-Quality Assurance - Vendor Management & Risk assessment to join our team at Nanjangud, Mysore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures through vendor audits and quality assurance activities. You will work closely with manufacturing units to implement quality plans and initiatives effectively. Your main responsibilities will include QA Authentication by verifying protocol/procedural requirements, conducting internal and external audits, and providing technical and regulatory inputs for the development of procedures and materials. You will also be involved in documentation, including initiating procedural changes, preparing audit reports, and evaluating regulatory updates for impact assessment. As the Deputy Manager-Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for maintaining procedural compliance through internal audits, vendor audits, and risk analysis. Your role will involve reviewing failures at manufacturing sites, conducting investigations, assessing impacts, and developing mitigation plans and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to prevent reoccurrence. Effective communication is key in this role, as you will be required to communicate with external and internal stakeholders, ensure clear communication within the QA department and other departments, and collaborate with various teams to drive quality and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position should have a Post Graduate degree in Science or Doctorate with at least 10+ years of experience in QA Vendor Management & Risk assessment. You should have a strong background in Quality Management, CAPA Management, Vendor Management, and Process Improvement, as well as experience in conducting audits at manufacturing sites and with external suppliers.
