Description
Handling design ,Operation and Maintenance in Process exhaust and scrubber system of Photovoltaic Solar Cell Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of process exhaust systems, ensuring effective capture and removal of fumes, gases, and particulate matter from the manufacturing environment. Ensure exhaust systems are properly integrated into various stages of the solar panel manufacturing process, including cleaning, etching, coating, and other chemical processing stages. Monitor exhaust airflow, pressures, and other key parameters to ensure the exhaust systems are functioning within specified performance ranges. Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of exhaust systems, including ducts, fans, filters, scrubbers, and other components. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to exhaust system failures, leaks, or reduced efficiency. Ensure all components of the exhaust systems are working efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production. Maintain accurate records of exhaust system inspections, maintenance, and compliance reports for internal and regulatory purposes. Experience in Execution Project Erection and Commissioning of Process Exhaust wet Scrubber System with complete safety system. Strong written and oral communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and team building capability Ability to speak well in public forums Knowledge of computer programs; Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Email, Internet.
