Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Expert in Paint shop Process & troubleshooting FRC & Overhead chain conveyor system,
baking ovens, fan & pumps.
Planning and execution of all preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, conditioning
monitoring, shut down maintenance activity of all mechanical & electrical equipment like
robotic, Rectifier System and Electrostatic Guns.
Expert & in hand experience of PT/ED, Topcoat Line, Oven, high viscosity system-sealer, paint
robots (mechanical Main & robot applicator maintenance), paint booths, paint mixing room,
air handling units-ASU/AHU.
Hands-on Experience in PLC programming & troubleshooting (Mitsubishi), Yaskawa Inverter,
Mitsubishi Inverter.
Expert in Shot Blasting Machine.
Responsible for Base coat, Metalizing, Hard-Coat, Antifog operation and maintenance budget
control activities.
Monitor cycle time optimization efficiency and improve Performance of Machine.
Knowledge & Experience of safety, health and hygiene, Occupational health and safety.
Expert in problem-solving, kaizen & continuous improvements
