Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of mechanical turbines in the thermal power plant
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance and reliability of turbine equipment
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve technical challenges
Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff members to enhance overall team competency
Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to maintain a secure working environment
Prepare reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization
Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to recommend process improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
